Full payment is required at the time services are scheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, electronic bank transfers, and in-person payments (cash or card) upon drop-off or pickup, depending on the service.
For custom upholstery and refinishing projects, we provide written estimates prior to initiating work. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost may be required to secure materials and begin labor. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Because each piece we restore is customized and often requires non-reversible labor, refunds are not typically issued once work has begun. If you wish to cancel a scheduled service before work starts, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of booking.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, including additional touch-ups or partial refunds, if warranted.
Once a project has been completed and accepted by the customer, no refunds will be issued unless required by applicable state or federal law.
